2. Records to be filed along with the application :
  1. Registration Certificate of the vehicle.
  2. Fitness Certificate.
  3. Proof of payment of tax for the current Quarter.
  4. Insurance Certificate.
  5. Payment of green tax wherever applicable.
  6. Pollution Under Control Certificate
3. Fee to be paid : As prescribed.
4. Manner of payment of Fee : Book slot online and pay the fee in Transport Department Portal Online Services
